A global digital refresh for the industry's leading truck brand.
Working closely with Volvo's global design team in Gothenburg, Sweden and HQ in North Carolina, I helped concept and establish an entirely ground-up refresh of the Volvo trucks digital presence. From campaign, mobile app, dealership and driver tools - the exercise was deep, thorough, challenging and systematic. My team extended the language and began helping the Volvo team roll it out to numerous global markets, ensuring consistency, integration, and standardization for a well-considered, tight, global message that amplified the overall brand and helped the bottom line on truck sales and retention.
